Multi tool clamping plate - bolted to the machine ram
Clamping of the tools to the board is done by means of a clamping lever and a herringbone joint in the same way as for the KL-01-360 board. The difference is that this plate must be attached to the machine body with screws. This plate fits only on the position of the forging on the ram of the machine. The plate is fitted with screw holes so that, especially during the punching operation, the tool can be pulled out of the material to be punched with the help of our integrated extractor. Thanks to the screwed connection, there is no unwanted stress on the spring of our quick tool change system.

The plate can be permanently attached to the machine, but in this case standard anvils cannot be attached to the ram position.
This plate is particularly suited for multiple and repeated punching of material, or for operations where there would be a reverse thrust when the plunger moves to the retracted position.
A clamping lever made of Hardox 400 material is included in the delivery of the screwed multi tool clamping plate.
